Frequently Asked Questions
Get answers to common questions about Pre-Op.
We recommend receiving the Pre-Op IV between 24 and 72 hours prior to your procedure. Timing may vary based on your surgery type and medical history; we'll coordinate with you and your surgeon for the optimal window.
Our Pre-Op IV contains Vitamin C, Magnesium, a B-Complex blend, and Zinc in a balanced saline base. Formulation supports tissue repair and immunity; we can adjust concentrations for specific medical needs after consultation.
Most clients tolerate Pre-Op IVs well. Minor effects include brief redness, bruising, or vein discomfort. Serious reactions are rare; disclose allergies, kidney issues, or medications beforehand so clinicians can assess safety and modify the infusion if needed.
Generally Pre-Op IVs are compatible with common vitamins and meds, but interactions exist. Bring a full medication and supplement list to your appointment. Our clinicians will review it and advise whether adjustments or physician clearance are necessary before administration.
Infusion itself typically lasts 30 to 45 minutes. Allow 60 minutes total for intake, medical review, and observation. Complex cases or customized blends may take slightly longer; we'll provide an estimated appointment length when you book.
Pre-Op IVs supply nutrients that support immune function, collagen formation, and cellular energy—factors linked to better healing and fewer complications. While not a guarantee, this proactive therapy can meaningfully contribute to improved surgical resilience and recovery when combined with proper medical care.
